What is Single Sign-On?
Often shortened to "SSO," Single sign-on is an authentication scheme that allows a user to log in with a single ID and password to several related, yet independent, software systems. In the case of CUI's system, we utilize a single sign on for most services on campus.
Student Accounts
This site holds student records and other information concerning your bills, class registration, personal information, and any other confidential data the university keeps on your behalf.
Encountering an error when logging into MyRecords? Try this.This online classroom platform is utilized as an online space to access and store online information about your classes and will often be the location where tests and assignments are turned in for most courses. Each class will have a Blackboard course that you should be enrolled in by the first day of the semester but how the course is utilized is determined by the professor so please consult with them about their preferences and rules.
The student@eagles.cui.edu email is a custom Gmail inbox with associated Google Workspace applications such as Drive, Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
Zoom is a web conferencing system that is used across campus as an online learning tool and is commonly used to host concurrent online class sessions. Each student has a licensed version of Zoom which means no restrictions on time limit and a cap of 300 participants.
The library at Concordia offers an extensive range of online databases and resources for your research and study needs. These resources include EBSCOhost, FirstSearch, Lexis-Nexis, JSTOR, Oxford Reference Online, Oxford English Dictionary, netLibrary, Naxos and EBSCO A-to-Z. All of these resources are available to our students, but require a valid student ID and password in order for you to access them.
This user portal is used by all CUI users to Activate, Reset, Unlock, and Change their password for their SSO.
For students enrolled in certain courses, Concordia provides at-home Adobe Creative Cloud licensing. With a license, you will be able to access various Adobe desktop applications and services to complete your coursework. Click here for assistance in logging into these resources.
eRezLife is the Res department's housing system and allows students to request roommates and choose rooms around campus. For assistance with this account please call res@cui.edu. If you would like instructions on activating this account click here.
The MyCUI App aims to help consolidate various student, staff, and faculty resources into a single portal and app that can be used to communicate with classmates, check grades, and see the school master schedule of events.
Staff and Faculty Accounts
Staff and Faculty have access to all of the accounts listed previously and all of the accounts in this section.
This is the back end of MyRecords and allows for the search, modification, and entering of student records. This is used by all Faculty for final grades and classes and is used by most staff to access official records.
Argos is available in-browser and in-application depending on the best use for the employee. Argos is a user-friendly and specific organization of data from Banner. Each department that uses Argos will have a different view and search menu as created by the Data Team.
Arms is a Collegiate data tracking software utilized by coaches in the athletics department. Accounts for ARMS are managed by the Associate Athletics Director for Compliance.
This browser based software is used by the university to manage Student Worker jobs and is the primary way Staff and Faculty are able to hire new Student Employees. Handshake is managed by the Career Services.
This is a general resources portal that provides access to the sites marked with (FS). It provides a point of login utilizing SSO.
