Personal devices and any issues that go with them are not supported by the IT Department. We can and will help to an extent, but we will be unable to help with large issues (such as hardware replacement).

The Uppers and Lowers dorms all contain a Cox Cable Box somewhere in the living room space. To connect the box to your TV and get cable, follow these instructions.

IT supports various tech across campus, including but not limited to the computer labs, classroom technology, special events technology, printers, and all CUI-owned computers.
