How do I access Banner 9?
You can access the login page here: https://banapp.cui.edu
When creating a bookmark, you will need to manually create the URL as https://banapp.cui.edu. (Please see our help article on how to do this) If you do not bookmark and use this specific URL, you will run into issues.
The URL for TEST is https://test-banapp.cui.edu
The URL for TRNG is https://trng-banapp.cui.edu
How do I save the contents of a Banner Form to Excel?
If you click on Tools in the top right and then Export, your browser should download the content of the form in a csv file, to be opened in Excel.
When using the Alt+PageDown keystroke within Banner 9, it is changing settings within other programs.
LastPass - Password Manager
Lastpass has the Alt+PageDown hotkey set by default.
You can change or remove these Hotkeys by accessing LastPass options. Simply Right-Click on the icon of the LastPass Extension and select options.
From with-in the options window, select the Hotkeys tab on the left side.
f.lux - Display Color Temperature Software
f.lux has the Alt+PageDown hotkey set by default. To turn this setting off, access the f.lux setting by right-clicking the icon in your windows system tray.
Within f.lux settings, uncheck the 'Use these hotkeys to control f.lux options.
