Transferring Calls
1. Click on a blank area of the currently active call.
2. Connect will expand to reveal more options for the call. Click the transfer icon.
3. A search bar will appear. Type in the extension or name of the user to which you would like to transfer the call and select the desired entry from the search results
4. Click on “Transfer” to complete the call transfer.
