Voicemail Help
Accessing Your Voicemail from Your Desk Phone
To access your voicemail from your desk phone:
Pick up the phone and press the "Voicemail" button
Enter your phone extension when prompted
Enter your voicemail password (If you forgot it or are unsure of what it is, follow the guides below)
After entering your voicemail password, it will begin playing your newly received voicemails.
Checking your Voicemail from a Different Phone
You can check your Mitel extension's voicemail inbox from any phone, to do so you'll have to follow the steps below.
Call your work phone, it should be 949-214-**** <-- The last four digits will be your personal extension
Press * when you hear the voicemail greeting. If you are not prompted to enter your password, press the * key a second time
Pressing the * key brings you to the Mitel voicemail system and you will be prompted for your extension
After inputting your extension, you will be prompted for your password followed by #. Once you have input that, you will be able to access your voicemail inbox on the phone you are using
Changing Your Voicemail Password
How to change your voicemail password if you know your current voicemail password:
Dial 2106 to connect to voicemail
Enter your current password, followed by #
Press 7 to select the options menu
Press 4 to choose a new password
Enter your new password, followed by #
Re-enter your new password, followed by #
